Gateways, in this newsletter I will look at using a viral product.
What is a viral Product?
A viral product is a product that you can add your own website links inside
of, save it as a PDF and then distribute it to your own customers or
contacts, who in turn will distribute it to their contacts with your links
still inside of the product.
This can be an ebook or a report that you write and produce yourself or one
that you obtain with the proper permissions to give it away for free.
Why is viral a good marketing tool?
Viral ebooks are an excellent way, and importantly, a free way to get your
name, product, service or website (SFI Gateway) out and circulated around the
internet at really no cost to you.
It is as good as word of mouth advertising and the beauty of it is the
viralized product may be circulated and carry on working on your behalf for
years to come without any further effort by you.
If you create a viral ebook and you distribute it to only 10 people. If those
10 people distribute it to 10 people as well and those 100 people distribute
it to 10 people each then you can soon see how this could easily avalanche
without you doing anything else. By the time your viral product has been
distributed 4 levels deep, it will have ended up in the hands of 10,000
people.
This will be the result in an ideal world but of course in reality not
everyone will redistribute to at least 10 other people and not everyone will
passit on at all, but you can see how it this method can still deliver a
substantial number of eyeballs to your SFI Gateway or any other link that you
wish to promote.
